In cooperation with Georgia Tech’s Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, the School of Economics offers a specialized Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Affairs. At Georgia Tech, you’ll learn about the most pressing concerns of today’s global community, with core classes in economics, international affairs, foreign language, social and natural science, mathematics, computer science, and humanities. Our upper-level coursework provides specific training in variety of areas, including international security and diplomacy, comparative cultures, statistical modeling, and microeconomic and macroeconomic theory and policy.
We encourage students to pursue at least two internships while in the degree program. The Sam Nunn School and the School of Economics sponsor summer programs around the globe, including programs in Brussels, Shanghai, Buenos Aires, and Costa Rica. You can view hundreds of domestic and international internships on the Sam Nunn School’s internship database.
