School of Economics

Ms. Jyldyz Hughes is the Administrative Manager for the School of Economics. In addition to overseeing the daily office operations, she is responsible for the financial and human resource business for the School. Ms. Hughes has been at Georgia Tech since August of 2006.

Ms. Kari McCarley joined the School of Economics in August, 2007. She is responsible for all marketing and branding for the school, student recruiting, event planning, as well as student services such as internship and job placement.

Dr. Derek Tittle has been an Adjunct Professor with the School of Economics for seven years. He began as the Assistant Director of Academic Programs in the Fall of 2008. Dr. Tittle is responsible for advising all undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Economics and continues to teach as an Academic Professional.
